Because husband has a few years on me I usually occupy the position of "youngest in the group" of those we socialize with.
Not so much here in Italy. I have surrounded myself with a group of friends who shoot me to the other end of the spectrum.
Sorority sister hosted a baby shower for she who would not let us measure her belly with toilet paper last night.
Thirteen women in attendance and I was the oldest of the bunch.
Thank goodness they all knew better than to look to me for sage wisdom and advice!

I didn't want anyone to have an unfair advantage of any bets that have taken place ..pertaining to size of Baby Joseph, so I declined the old tradition of measure the belly game. I'm hiding a 13 pound child under here and none of you know it.
